Triple feeder for simultaneous supply if interlining fabric and thermoadhesive lining for belt manufacture are in a continuous strip.

Single feeder for thermoadhesive lining. The special support leaves the front access to the entry tunnel completely free.

To produce belts in continuous, with this system the materials are fed to the entry funnel by a dispenser with three feeders (optional) which guarantee high productivity and easy operation.

To produce belts singly, the machine is supplied with one feeder at the entry which permits frontal introduction of the belts.

The heating system consists of an element in the lower part, regulated by an electronic thermostat which controls temperature from 0º to 200ºC.

The pressure on the two delivery rollers is adjusted by means of two screws located on the upper part of the machine.

The belts are conveyed by means of two upper and lower teflon strip which transport the belt through the heat zone and pressure rollers.

Changing the strips is very simple and does not require specialized personnel.

The speed is controlled by a sophisticated electronic system which permits regulation by hand according to the characteristics of the material to be thermofixed. It also permits stop/start by pedal operation.

Changing of the feeder funnels for the different working widths is quick and easy.

The effective width can beadjusted from 1.5 to 8 cm. Other sizes can be supplied on demand.

Operation is electrical and does not requirie compressed air for the pressure system.
